It's 100% free for all users to join the Appsta platform.

For business owners that are joining as a "Founder", you can create a profile with unlimited team seats, unlimited projects and unlimited Scopes of Work.

There is also no limit on how many vendors you can reach out to, save to your profile, or create collaboration spaces with.

For those that are selling services (Vendors), it's free to join and create a profile. It's also free to be listed in the marketplace.

To update your profile, integrate your CRM, add Chat functionality, and allow buyers to send their Scope of Work / Bid Requests to you directly via email, you must subscribe.

In beta, this is a manual process in which the Appsta team will meet with you and your vendor to perform a code quality audit via zoom. The vendor must agree to a meeting wherein a walkthrough with their development team is performed.

If the code quality is found to be lacking, Appsta's auditing team will propose a variety of options to cure the breach of agreement.

If no resolution can be found with your current vendor and you wish to migrate to a new vendor, Appsta's team of senior technologists will provide the following:

• Free migration away from your current vendor
• Free updates, support and maintenance to fix your code base and meet your Scope of Work requirements
• Free concierge support with introductions to our top quality vendors
• Free migration to your new vendor and host site

No, we don't believe in gatekeeping the relationship between Buyers and Vendors. That's why we show the vendor's direct website, phone and email right in the marketplace as well as on their profile!

We know that people are always trying to save money, so we make these relationship connections free forever.

If you decide that you would like our "peace of mind & code quality guarantee" to be applied to your scope of work with a vendor you have found on the Appsta platform, you must pay for services rendered through the Appsta platform.

There will be a Peace of Mind & Code Quality Guarantee fee that is variable, between 3% and 15% of each invoice. This is fully optional, and serves to insure your agreement against poor quality deliverables, "bus factor" issues, technical debt, bugs, vendor disagreements, and more.
